During my stay at Saipan Beach Hotel, I was amazed by the stunning location right on the beach. The views were simply breathtaking, and being able to walk to the beach in just 2 minutes was a dream. The rooms were modern, clean, and had a nice Oceanview, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The owners were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. They even went above and beyond by driving me to the grocery store and a delicious Thai restaurant. The small touches, like complimentary dinner and breakfast, made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel's security measures, such as the gated property and CCTV, gave me peace of mind during my stay. Although the hotel is a small family-owned property, the owners made sure to provide a secure and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Saipan Beach Hotel for anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable beachfront experience.

Located in a tranquil neighborhood, the hotel is footsteps away from a pristine beach, perfect for a leisurely stroll at sunset. the beautifully-decorated rooms are modern and equipped with essential amenities such as a water heater, free water, utensils, cups, and slippers. the breakfast is a gourmet delight served in a charming dining area by a friendly team.

Sadly, there is no elevator in the four-story building, so those with mobility issues might not find it convenient.

I had an amazing time at this hotel located right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The cleanliness was outstanding and the hotel facilities were great. I loved that there was parking available and transportation was easy to arrange. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing an excellent breakfast every morning.

On our romantic escape, we found the hotel owners to be friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. the breakfast offered was cooked to order and delicious, and the dinner complimentary was a pleasant surprise. the hotel is located right on the beach, which made our stay even better.

The hotel was quite isolated, making it a bit tricky to get around. We needed to drive to access nearby restaurants and attractions, which proved to be a challenge at times.

This charming hotel exceeded my expectations! The bed linens were comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The owners were kind, welcoming and accommodating. They offered complimentary dinner on arrival, and the breakfast was delicious. The location felt secure with CCTV and gated property access. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, and was a short walk to the beach. this hotel was a delightful and affordable choice in a great location.

One thing to keep in mind is that the property was small, had no elevator, and was a bit hard to find, but that is common on the island. Nonetheless, it was a bit inconvenient if you had mobility issues.
